Please treat the Gift Card like cash. Lo & Co is not responsible for and is unable to replace gift cards that are lost or stolen

Gift cards cannot be returned, redeemed or exchanged for cash, unless faulty. In the event of return of product, Lo & Co will provide a Gift Card to the same product value.

Gift Cards expire 3 years from the date of issue.

Warranty

We guarantee our hardware against structural defects for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Defects in finishes, materials and workmanship are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Our warranty does not cover defects arising from improper installation or exposure to weather and/or environmental conditions exceeding reasonable or otherwise specified environmental tolerances, including coastal environments, high humidity, rainfall and wind.
Lo & Co will replace any warranty claim at its discretion.
