If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll contact you within 2 business days to offer a revised supply date (backorder), a suitable alternative, or a refund for the unavailable item.

Yes. If your order includes items with different availability, your order will be split and shipped in multiple deliveries. In‑stock items will be dispatched first, while backordered items will be sent separately once they become available. You’ll receive separate dispatch and tracking emails for each shipment.
No. You’re welcome to check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to save your details for faster checkout in the future. To create an account, click “Sign In” and select “Create Account”, then follow the prompts to register.
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to amend or cancel it. This allows us to pack orders efficiently and minimise errors.

Gift cards should be treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. They cannot be redeemed for cash. Returned items purchased with a gift card will be refunded as a new gift card.

Our hardware is designed for different applications, so requirements vary by product. Cabinet handles and knobs come with 25 mm and 40 mm screws, which suit most standard cabinetry. For custom cabinetry or non‑standard applications, longer screws may be required and can be sourced locally if needed. Entry hardware, including door levers, passage sets, and pulls, has specific thickness requirements listed on each product page. If you’re unsure which category a product falls into or need help confirming suitability, our team is happy to assist.
Our hardware is primarily designed for standard timber doors. For steel or unusually heavy doors, we recommend consulting your installer or specifying hardware designed for that application.
CTC measurements are listed on product pages where applicable. We generally recommend waiting until your hardware arrives before pre‑drilling. For more detailed information, go to the Specifications tab on the product pages.
All required fixing screws are supplied with your Lo & Co hardware. Unless otherwise specified, the screws are made from stainless steel.
