SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Lo & Co ship all items using local courier delivery or Australia Post. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please note, your order may be sent in split deliveries from multiple locations. All orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days, but please allow 3-10 business days for deliveries. In the event we are unable to supply your order in full, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss a revised supply date or offer you an alternative or refund.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Free shipping on orders over $300. Orders under $300 incur a flat fee of $10. Express shipping is $15 (Please select at checkout). Please note, if you upgrade to express shipping your order will be shipped via an express service. However, packing your order will still require 2-4 business days.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

Standard shipping on all New Zealand orders is $25 and orders are sent via DHL Express. All taxes and duties are included in the price and paid for by Lo & Co. A signature will be required upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you live outside Australia or New Zealand, please proceed to www.loandcointeriors.com to place your order.

 

RETURNS

We hope you love your hardware as much as we do! However, we understand that you may want to touch and feel your purchase before you make a final decision. If something doesn’t suit, simply return your items within 30-days to receive a refund*.

*We do not offer refunds for Trade Orders. Please email us at aftercare@loandcointeriors.com.au if you wish to change a trade order. Please note, custom orders and sale items are not eligible for return.

Please ensure you return your item(s) uninstalled, unused and unmarked (including original packaging, boxes, mounting hardware, accessories, and protective wrapping).

We are unable to provide refunds for items that are damaged or marked, so please take extra care when packing your items for transportation back to Lo & Co.

Return postage remains your responsibility so please hold on to your proof of postage until we have received your item and processed your refund.

Please include a completed copy of the return form below with your parcel (the return address is noted on the form).

Exchanges 
Please note, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, we encourage you to place a new order through our website.

Faulty Items

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please email us here at aftercare@loandcointeriors.com.au, your satisfaction with our products is important to us!

If on delivery your item is damaged, we will replace the item if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the order.

The first step is to email us at aftercare@loandcointeriors.com.au within 7 days of receipt of the order. We will require a photo of any damage(s). Please attach the photo to your notification email, with your order number and your details so we can process your return as quickly as possible. If the item is out of stock, you will be offered a refund or store credit to the same value.

 

BACKORDERED ITEMS

Occasionally, items may be out of stock on our website but will remain available for sale. This means that the stock hasn’t arrived to us yet, but we are offering it to allow you to secure stock. These items will be marked as a backorder with an estimated date of arrival listed in the item description.

The estimated dates for arrival are our best approximate and are provided to us by our production team. These dates can change due to factors out of our control, and we will get in touch if the expected date of arrival changes.

Please rest assured we will ship your backordered items within 24-48 hours of receiving it into our warehouse.

If you order more than one style, we will part-ship any in-stock items immediately and a backorder will be generated for the remaining items to be dispatched once they arrive.

You do not need to follow this up, we promise we haven’t forgotten you.
