We aim to dispatch your order quickly and efficiently. While we hope you love everything you receive, we understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and backorders.
Lo & Co ships all orders via Australia Post, StarTrack and DHL Express. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. All deliveries require a signature on arrival.
Please note:
If an item in your order is unexpectedly unavailable and was not listed as a backorder at the time of purchase, we will contact you within 2 business days to offer a revised supply date, a suitable alternative, or a refund.

Express shipping covers only delivery speed. Processing time of 2-4 business days for packing still applies.

How to Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We cannot accept returns that arrive damaged, used, or without proper packaging.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original (if eligible) for a refund.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aftercare@loandcointeriors.com.au with a clear photo of the issue, your order number, and your contact details. We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Items listed as “backorder” are temporarily out of stock but can be purchased to secure your allocation. These items will be clearly marked on the product page with an estimated arrival date.
