We guarantee our hardware against structural defects for 5 years from the date of purchase. Finishes, materials, and workmanship are guaranteed for 12 months

This brass finish is crafted from solid brass and double-coated with high-grade lacquer to protect the surface, though even this has limits and may wear with use or environmental factors. This beautiful material may naturally discolour or develop a patina over time when exposed to air.

While brass will last for many years, the lacquered finish cannot be guaranteed unconditionally. We encourage you to embrace the evolving beauty of your hardware, after all, you’re buying the real, solid deal!

Exposure to coastal environments, high humidity, rainfall, or wind may accelerate wear. We do not recommend use in these conditions, as changes due to environmental exposure are not covered under warranty. Lo & Co will replace any claim at its discretion.
