• Payment is taken in full at the time of order.
• Stock is only allocated once full payment has been received.
• No changes can be made once an order has been processed.
• Resale of our products through third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Orders may be part-shipped: all in-stock items are dispatched first, with backordered items sent once available.
• Visa and MasterCard are accepted via online payment portal, subject to a 1.9% surcharge.
• EFT is accepted for Australian customers only.
• Returns accepted within 30-days of purchase in saleable condition and original boxing for a refund.
• A restocking fee will apply to all approved returns and will be automatically deducted.

Freight Rates

Freight will be quoted on an order-by-order basis. The most competitive rate available will be provided.
