• All orders are a firm sale and non-refundable.
• Stock will be allocated once payment is received.
• Payment details may be taken at the time of order.
• Changes cannot be made to the order once it has been processed.
• Orders will be part-shipped with all in-stock items being sent out first and any backordered items will follow when they arrive in stock.
• Visa, MasterCard are accepted via online payment portal with a 1.5% surcharge.
• EFT accepted for Australian customers only.

Freight will be quoted on an order-by-order basis and the most competitive freight quote will be provided.
