1. Flack Studio x Volker Haug

Live brass scones, a fibreglass pendant and lamp and handblown glass wall scones were some of our favourite pieces of this new collection. A beautiful collaboration between one of Australia’s most talented interior designers and one of nation's best lighting designers. The negroni and martini-fueled cocktail party was an amazing celebration of Australian design in the heart of Milan where so many familiar Aussie faces celebrated the collaboration!

2. Edra Showroom Extravaganza

The Edra Palazzo Durini in the heart of Milan was the most breathtaking setting to view their newest furniture pieces. Our personal favourites were the rhinestone-encrusted couch, Knotted velvet couch and gold rope armchair. Hand-painted mirrored walls and ceilings encased furniture pieces before the finale showcase in the building’s piazza.

6. Architect and Design Legend Vincenzo Di Cotiis Apartment (right)

Famous Italian architect Vincenzo Di Cotiis opened his Milan apartment, the mixture of metals, rich marbles set against raw travertine floors and textured walls was out of this world. Sharp angular lines seta against the heritage features of the apartment were the defining feature of the apartment. Every piece in the apartment was something created by Vincenzo, a truly breathtaking space.
