"content": "<p>It should come as no surprise that our friends at <a href="https://www.threebirdsrenovations.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Three Birds Renovations</a> have nailed it again with the release of their first project home in partnership with <a href="https://www.rawsonhomes.com.au/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Rawson Homes</a>, drawing together the very “best of the best” in Three Birds design and product selection.</p>
<p>Reflecting the cool coastal vibe that has become synonymous with Three Birds, this home incorporates so many elements that we have grown to know and love. James Hardie <a href="https://www.jameshardie.com.au/applications/weatherboards" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">weatherboard cladding</a>, signature white on white tones, quality timber flooring by <a href="https://woodcut.com.au/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Woodcut</a>, <a href="https://www.caesarstone.com.au/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Caesarstone</a> splashbacks and benchtops, custom joinery by <a href="https://www.carrerabydesign.com.au/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Carrera By Design</a> and pops of brushed brass throughout to bring an element of high end luxury.</p>

<p>We also love the sense of proportion that this home offers, gained through high ceilings and the clever use of space and light, including a focal ceiling void and double height windows. Significant attention has also been paid to functional features, such as storage, high quality appliances and spaces to retreat to and relax.</p>
<p>A hotel-style master bedroom of epic proportions gets a huge tick of approval from us, yet the sculptural curved staircase in the entrance foyer to the home would have to be our favourite standout feature. What a wow factor!</p>
<p>We are delighted to have been the Three Birds brand of choice for cabinet hardware on this project – and there is a bit of Lo & Co love to be found in almost every room! See our medium brass <a href="https://loandcointeriors.com.au/products/lincoln-pull-brass" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Lincoln Pulls</a> in the kitchen and butlers, small brushed brass <a href="https://loandcointeriors.com.au/products/lincoln-pull-brass" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Lincoln Pull</a> handles in the laundry space and large brushed brass <a href="https://loandcointeriors.com.au/products/carlisle-pull-brass" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Carlisle Pulls</a> in the main bathroom. Our small brass <a href="https://loandcointeriors.com.au/products/linear-pull-brass" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Linear</a> handles can be found in the master walk-in-robe and brass <a href="https://loandcointeriors.com.au/products/t-pull-brass" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">T-Pulls</a> in the master ensuite. And for all the marble lovers out there, you will appreciate the beauty and elegance of our Carrara <a href="https://loandcointeriors.com.au/products/arc-carrara-marble-handle" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Marble Arc</a> handles in the mud nook.</p>
<p>Our best-selling brass <a href="https://loandcointeriors.com.au/products/kintore-brass-entry-pull" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Kintore Entry Pull</a> handle adorns the statement glazed double entry doors on approaching this tremendous family home.</p>
